Responsibilities:
Plan and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools and techniques.
Conduct project evaluations and assess results, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry standards and best practices.
Foster a collaborative and positive working environment that promotes creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field PMP certification is a plus.
Proven experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in project management software tools and applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals.
