Process Engineer

Camarine is currently seeking an experienced

Process Engineer

to support a major offshore energy project based in

China

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform process engineering design and technical activities in accordance with project requirements and specifications.

Develop and review process engineering deliverables, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, process calculations, equipment datasheets and technical documents.

Conduct process simulations, hydraulic calculations, heat and material balances, and equipment sizing as required.

Review and provide technical input on process equipment and package specifications.

Coordinate closely with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical and other engineering disciplines.

Participate in design reviews, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL and other technical/safety studies.

Review engineering drawings, vendor documents and technical submissions.

Provide technical support during fabrication, construction, commissioning and project execution.

Identify and resolve process-related technical issues and interface requirements.

Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable codes, standards, project specifications and HSE requirements.

Liaise with clients, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders as required.

Support the preparation of technical reports, calculations, specifications and other project documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in

Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline

.

Minimum

8-10 years of relevant process engineering experience

in Oil & Gas, Offshore, FPSO/FSO, LNG or related energy projects.

Strong experience in process design and engineering deliverables for major offshore or floating projects.

Good knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, process calculations, equipment sizing and process simulations.

Experience with

HAZOP/HAZID, process safety and technical design reviews

.

Familiarity with relevant international engineering codes and standards.

Candidates with FPSO/FSO or other floating production project experience are highly preferred.
