Job Description:
Develop and optimize advanced etch processes for performance, yield, and quality.
Optimize process recipes, monitor tool performance, and improve process stability.
Analyze process data, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, yield, and manufacturing efficiency.
Maintain SOPs, FMEA, and process control methodologies.
Support new process development with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and technology partners.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
Ensure safety, environmental, and manufacturing compliance.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Engineering or a related discipline.
5-8 years of semiconductor wafer fabrication experience, with expertise in dry etch process engineering.
Hands-on experience with process optimization, troubleshooting, SPC, DOE, and FMEA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional technical initiatives.
Experience in mentoring engineers and continuous process improvement preferred.
