Business Development Manager -Outsourcing Projects

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across our Technology Services & Outsourcing business. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and promoting technology outsourcing and managed service solutions to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise and public sector accounts

Build relationships with IT, Operations, Procurement and Business stakeholders

Drive sales pipeline, proposals and commercial discussions

Expand existing customer accounts through cross-selling and upselling

Work closely with delivery and project teams to develop customer solutions

Participate in tenders, RFPs and solution presentations

Solutions Portfolio

Technology Deployment Services (Device Refresh, Rollouts, Migrations)

Workplace Technology Services (Application Support, Application Testing, Desktop Support, Helpdesk, IMAC)

Operational Technical Services (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical Workforce Solutions)

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience

Experience in IT services, managed services, outsourcing, system integration or workforce solutions preferred

Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills

Proven track record in new business development and account growth

Preferred Background

Candidates from IT Managed Services, System Integrators, Technology Outsourcing or Workplace Technology Services companies will be highly regarded.
