Operations Assistant - Commodities Trading & Logistics

Job Description

JPN Asia Pte. Ltd. in the Central Region is seeking an Operations Assistant in a full-time role to provide administrative and operational support to our commodities trading business.

You will handle import/export documentation, coordinate logistics with shipping lines, and maintain trading records. The ideal candidate will have admin or ops experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
