Job Summary

We're on the hunt for a Process Engineer to take the reins on our in-house lithography equipment, driving wafer patterning at 20nm resolution and beyond to power next-generation photonic devices. You'll get hands-on training and close guidance as you master cutting-edge process technology.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain our lithography systems and supporting equipment

Keep process quality sharp and repeatable by monitoring lithography parameters and fine-tuning controls

Drive process development initiatives that push the boundaries of micro-nano optic and photonic device fabrication

Dig into process data to troubleshoot issues, boost yield, and solve tricky problems

Keep meticulous documentation of process parameters, SOPs, and quality records

Team up with equipment, process integration, and quality colleagues to roll out improvements and tackle technical challenges together

Uphold rigorous cleanroom protocols and safety standards to keep our fabrication environment pristine

Required Competencies and Certifications

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end lithography and/or semiconductor processes

Solid familiarity with wafer fabrication environments and cleanroom operations

Detailed data collection, optimisation, troubleshooting

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering
