Senior IT Process Engineer

Job Description

Our client is a MNC that specializes in the manufacture and supply of specialty chemicals. They are currently seeking a Senior IT Process to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP systems implementation, data architecture, application development and IoT technologies.

Role Overview

Lead ERP implementation and optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution. Partner with business teams to align systems with operational needs and drive performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Own ERP integration, performance, and scalability

Design and govern enterprise data architecture; deliver dashboards and insights

Oversee business application development, integration, and automation

Drive IoT adoption for real-time visibility, process optimization, and predictive maintenance

Define and execute IT strategy aligned with business goals

Manage IT budgets, capabilities, and vendor partnerships

Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data protection (Singapore regulations)

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA/Master's preferred)

5+ years in similar IT roles, ideally in companies with manufacturing or distribution functions

Strong experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), data architecture, and IoT

Knowledge of cloud platforms, analytics, and automation

Strategic, analytical leader with strong communication and collaboration skills
