Servicenow Developer

We are seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Developer

with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), and App Engine Suite

, along with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Implement and enhance solutions across

ITSM, CSM, and App Engine Suite

modules.

Configure business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, integrations, and custom applications.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and platform optimization.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

5-7 years of ServiceNow development experience.

Strong expertise in

ITSM, CSM, and App Engine Suite

.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow platform development.

Experience with ServiceNow integrations, automation, and custom application development.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM/CSM) are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in agile environments.

Exposure to ServiceNow platform upgrades and performance optimization.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
