Responsibilities
Support L&D needs analysis and training programme development.
Develop training materials, e-learning content and learning resources.
Coordinate training schedules, enrolment, logistics and providers.
Support onboarding, induction and employee engagement activities.
Maintain training records and LMS.
Support performance management coordination and documentation.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in L&D, Education, HR or related discipline.
0-3 years' relevant experience
fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
Good communication, facilitation and coordination skills.
Familiar with LMS and digital learning tools.
Experience in technical, engineering, energy, oil & gas or industrial environments is an advantage.
