On behalf of our client, we are looking for a high-energy L&D Executive to accelerate talent growth within their Technology Functions . In this role, you will bridge tech capability gaps, manage external vendors, and partner directly with senior leaders to drive impactful learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

Full-Cycle LNA: Drive the full training lifecycle from capability gap analysis and roadmap design to final execution and program roll-out.

Learning Ops: Manage end-to-end learning programs, including program valuation, external vendor selection, and content curation.

C-Suite Partnering: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align tech training needs, build strategic roll-out plans, and drive internal adoption.

Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated L&D experience, with a proven track record in corporate or tech environments.

LNA Expertise: Strong background in executing full competency gap analyses and materializing training solutions.

Operations & Vendors: Experienced in curriculum curation, vendor management, and program valuation (content creation is not required).

Stakeholder Skills: Excellent communication skills to influence and partner effectively with C-suite leaders.

Salary will commensurate according to Candidates' Work Experience & Qualifications
