Client Services & Billing Coordinator

Job Description

The SKILT Centre in Singapore is seeking a Service Relations Officer to be the first point of contact across phone, email, in-person, and messaging channels. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, register referrals, schedule appointments, and manage billing activities.

You will also generate invoices, collect payments, and assist with refunds and credits, while supporting other operations and maintaining the centre's hygiene. The role requires Saturday work and a customer-centric mindset.
