Job Summary

As a Learning & Development Executive, youwill manage training communications, maintain accurate training records,support audits, foster a learning environment, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employee development.

As a

Learning & Development Executive , we rely on you to

Communicate learning needs and training program updates clearly to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement

Maintain accurate training records through effective tracking, filing, and documentation to support compliance and reporting

Provide training records and documentation to support hotel audits, ensuring adherence to company policies and local authority guidelines

Facilitate a positive learning environment by assisting with HR activities and programs that promote employee development

Coordinate effectively with external partners to support training initiatives and program delivery

We are looking for someone who:

Demonstrate passion for Learning & Development to drive continuous improvement in training programs

Apply strong communication and people management skills to engage and support employees and stakeholders

Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Enjoy interacting with diverse groups to foster collaboration and learning
