Job Description

Train in desktop and network efficiency.

Train in Cyber Security and Disaster Recovery.

Hand-on in helpdesk support in managing clients.

Perform remote client network and server checks.

Monitor and manage IT helpdesk tickets.

Manage and update IT documentation.

Requirements

Only Singaporean and Permanent Residents.

Relevancy in obtaining IT Industry certification.

Basic communication skills for helpdesk support.

Basic experience, and keen interest in IT support.

Fresh Poly/ITE students, undergraduates are welcome.

Technical support and hands-on training provided.

Keenness in technical learning and advancement.
