Job Description

ASM in Singapore is seeking a Senior Process Engineer, Defectivity, to advance semiconductor manufacturing by reducing defectivity and driving process improvements across front-end wafer processing equipment.

You will apply DOE, statistical analysis and root-cause investigation to identify defect sources, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and validate long-term improvements to manufacturability and product quality.
