IT Infrastructure Security Engineer

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team responsible for managing and securing IT infrastructure. This role offers a blend of server and network administration along with system support responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Provide management and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring network security and compliance. Administer server and network configurations to enhance operational efficiency. Offer office administration and end-user support as a secondary function. Participate in risk mitigation activities, including OS hardening and security log reviews.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT network administration and cyber security is preferred. Relevant professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, RHCSA, CITP, ISO:27001 are advantageous. Strong interest in pursuing a career in cyber security for candidates with less experience. Familiarity with infrastructure support and technical troubleshooting is beneficial.
