Mechanical & Electrical Coordinator (M&E)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

M&E Coordinator

to join our Technical Team. You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering Mechanical & Electrical works for residential /commercial projects, ensuring quality, compliance, and smooth execution.

Job Description

Coordinate and supervise M&E works to ensure smooth project execution

Liaise with M&E consultants on design, technical matters, and coordination issues

Ensure all M&E and building services requirements are met in collaboration with the project team

Monitor work progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Identify and resolve interfacing issues between M&E services and building works

Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including design consultants/engineers, client representatives, and statutory/authority agencies, to establish design deliverable requirements for submission

Review design deliverables with consultants/engineers to ensure completeness and readiness for submission

Attend to technical clarifications as required to resolve issues and develop method statements

Support project management and site supervision activities

Coordinate with contractors and consultants on engineering issues and drawing plans

Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, processes, systems, and procedures

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of M&E building services works for residential projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature, including A&A works within existing residential developments

Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Experience in coordination of transit projects with BIM, with a full understanding of the design approval process and BCA TOP requirements

Strong logical thinking and analytical skills

Excellent coordination and communication skills

Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects will be an advantage
