Job Responsibilities:

Provide L2 supports

Domain Administration

Backup & Restoration

MS 365 Administration

Respond to users' request and bring to closure

Software/System/Window Updates/Patching Review & Implementation

Hardware setup, Deployment & Installation

Good Knowledge in major brands of Wintel Servers - both hardware and OS level

Liaise & communicate with IT vendors as and when necessary

Advantage if you have networking & network security knowledge
